Welcome to the Client Center!
Our site is set up for maximum ease and access to all necessary Headcount forms and reports. Once you enter our secure portal, you will find all necessary forms to get started. If you have not received web portal access, please contact your Headcount Representative, though some reports are accessible without web access.
Items like new hire and new client company forms (our most popular forms) are located both in the “Client File Exchange” folder on the main screen in the web portal (REPORTS icon) and also by clicking the FORMS icon below for an email version of the report. The reports section houses all necessary forms as well as all aging reports, sales invoices and timesheets, recruiter profit and new hire reports.
For added convenience, the report section will also be offered to your clients (if you choose) to review invoices, timesheets and aging. Once employees entered our systems they also have secure web access to view all paystubs and other pertinent information.
